Welcome to Oslo. Upon your arrival, we are transferring to our hotel in Oslo city center with our private vehicle. We rest well before starting our amazing tour. Maybe you can take a nice walk in this beautiful city and have a nice dinner.
The first stop of our epic journey is Olso. We visit the famous Vigeland Park, the Viking ship museum, the Royal palace, the Karl Johans gate, one of the symbols of the city, and many important points.
With our train departing from Oslo, we arrive at the Fjord city of Trondeim, located in the middle of Norway, with historical towns and breathtaking views over the Dovre mountain plateau. The journey ends with a steep, meandering descent into the plains where Trondheim is located. Bakklandet, an idyllic neighborhood steeped in history and culture, explores Trondheim, including Nidaros Cathedral and other attractions such as the Ringve museum and gardens, Munkholmen and the Old town bridge.
We sail to experience Norway's scenic fjords and charming port towns. Hitra island, Kristiansund, Molde and Alesund towns are the places we will see.
Today, we are exploring Bergen, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list with its centuries-old houses, lively fish and flower market, interesting museums, Old Bryggen pier.
A UNESCO World Heritage site, we'll experience first-hand the Sognefjord, Norway's longest and deepest fjord, with its mighty peaks, rolling waterfalls and small farms adorning the mountain slopes, and the famous Flåm Railway as you climb the winding road to 900 meters over a 20-kilometer distance. We are staying in the town of Flam, which is a paradise for nature lovers with its steep mountains, roaring waterfalls and deep valleys.
Our fabulous journey continues. Our first stop is Stegastein viewpoint hill. 650 meters above the Aurlandsfjord, the Stegastein viewing platform offers unmatched panoramic views of the fjord. The Borgun Stave Church, which dates back to the 13th century and is structurally defined as a "cube within a cube", is one of the unique works we will see. Our last stop is the town of Fjord, Balestrand.
We start today with a visit to Cider House, a family-run organic orchard and cider producer located in the village of Balestrand. Here you can sample cider and soft drinks and tour the farm.
After our visit to Cider House, we will return to Bergen with a short ferry crossing from Balestrand to Vagnes.
Another good day to collect memories, we have free time before the airport transfer.
